Our final theme of the year is...

Beach!

Ymweliad diddorol i Amgueddfa Abertawe bore ma i ddysgu sut yr oedd pobl yn teithio o Abertawe i'r Mwmbwls slawer dydd

An interesting morning at Swansea museum where we learnt about the old tram which travelled from Swansea to Mumbles. We also watched a Punch and Judy show where we roared with laughter!

Blasus!

Our theme for the next half term is.....

Scrumptious!

Am brynhawn o hwyl a sbri ar y traeth! A phicnic blasus ( a iachus) iawn hefyd! Bendigedig! Diolch o galon i'r rhieni am ddarparu'r bwyd :-) 

A lovely afternoon was had at the beach today! And a tasty ( and healthy) picnic too! Splendid! A big thank you to the parents for supplying the food :-) 

Diolch i Carys am ddod a'i hoff fwyd i ddangos a rhannu gyda'r dosbarth heddiw! Tomato a chiwcymber - am ddewisiadau iachus! Ffantastig! 

A big thank you to Carys who brought her favourite foods to the class today and supplied enough for everyone to try! Tomatoes and cucumbers - what healthy choices! Fantastic! 

Gweithdy PC Bowen heddiw - buom yn dysgu am foddion da a drwg! 

We enjoyed PC Bowen's workshop today and learnt a lot about safe and unsafe medicines and substances.

Ymddiheiriadau i'r rhieni am ddillad brwnt y plant heddiw! Roedd y tywydd yn hynod o anffafriol!

Apologies to the parents for the children's muddy clothes today! The weather was particularly unfavourable!

If you have any toys/pictures or books about dragons and castles we will be very grateful to receive them.

We have been busy learning about different types of bears. Here are a few facts we have learnt....

Rydyn ni'n mynd i hela arth..... 

Trefnu'r stori gan ddefnyddio dulliau Pie Corbett ( symudiadau), cardiau fflach a threfnolion ( ychydig o Rhifedd ar draws y Cwricwlwm!) 

Re Telling the " We are going on a bear hunt" story by using Pie Corbett movements, flash cards and numerals ( Numeracy across the Curriculum) 

Alldaith arall o gwmpas yr ysgol heddiw! Y tro yma buom yn chwilio am bob math o dyllau a chuddfannau! Bw!

We went on yet another hunt around the school grounds today. This time we were searching for different types of holes & hiding spaces! Boo!!

Holes, spaces and hiding places.

Rydym wedi bod wrthi yn creu calendrau gan ddefnyddio app "Pic collage" ar yr Ipad! Dyma rhai enghreifftiau.... 

The "Pic collage" Ipad app certainly has come in handy whilst designing our calenders! Take a look at a few examples....

Buom ar helfa ddisglair heddiw o gwmpas yr ysgol yn chwilio am ffynonellau golau, adlewyrchiadau ac arwynebau disglair! Edrychwch ar yr holl bethau a welsom! 

Today we went on a Sparkle hunt around the school grounds! Our mission was to look for light sources, reflections and shiny surfaces! Look at all the things we found!
