Cyngor Ysgol 2022/23

Erbyn hyn rydym wedi ethol aelodau newydd i'r cyngor a  wedi cynnal ein cyfarfod cyntaf. Mae'r cyngor yn llawn syniadau brwdfrydig ar gyfer y flwyddyn newydd. 

Gweledigaeth

Ein nod yw i sicrhau bod pob disgybl yn hapus ac yn ddiogel yn yr ysgol. Mae hyn yn digwydd wrth i ni wrando ar syniadau a barn pawb! Mae'r cyngor ysgol yn cydweithio fel tim i wella'r ysgol ac i greu y lle gorau posib. Byddwn yn cwrdd pob amser cinio Dydd Mawrth i drafod ein blaenoriaethau ar gyfer y flwyddyn.  

 School Council 2022/23

By now we have held a vote to see who will be on the school council, and have held our first  meeting. The council members are very enthusiastic and have lots of ideas for the upcoming year.  

Visions

Our aim is to ensure that all pupils are happy and safe in our school.

The school council helps to do this by listening to everyone’s opinions and ideas. We work together as a team to help our school to be a better place. We discuss many ideas and see what’s best for the school. We meet every Tuesday during lunch time to discuss our targets for the year.

This year we have spent alot of time updating our school rules. 

We have….​

• Looked at the old school rules and discussed what we liked about them and what we felt needed to be changed

• Looked at Childrens rights and linked them to rules

• Created new rules together

• Shared the new rules with all staff and classes

• Collected everyones opinions on the rules

• Edited the rules

• Worked with Mrs Jenkins to make our  ‘Bryn y Mor Way’ 

• Worked with the counties design department to design and print our posters

Rhannu syniadau  gyda'r cyngor ysgol

Roedd angen meddwl am ffordd gwell i gasglu syniadau pawb yn yr ysgol.

Yr hen ffordd oedd i roi nodyn mewn bocs syniadau, ond doeddem ddim yn teimlo fod y ffordd yma yn gweithio rhagor.

Penderfynom creu cod QR a'i rhannu gyda pawb. Nawr os oes syniad gyda rhywun maent yn gallu sganio'r cod a gadael neges i ni. Yn ystod pob cyfarfod rydym yn edrych i weld os oes syniadau newydd.

Sharing ideas with the school council

We needed to think of a new way of collecting peoples ideas. The old way of posting a note into a suggestion box was no longer worked. We decided to make a QR code and share it with everyone. Now whenever someone has an idea they scan the code and leave a message with their ideas. During our weekly meetings we check the for new ideas and discuss them
