Hysbysiad Cosb Benodedig

Mewn achos o absenoldeb uchel gall yr ysgol roi dirwy cosb.  Mae'r hysbysiad hwn yn rhoi'r cyfle i chi dalu dirwy cosb yn lle cael eich erlyn am y drosedd o absenoldeb uchel. Swm y gosb yw £60. Os byddwch yn talu'r gosb hon o fewn y terfynau amser a nodir isod, ni fydd unrhyw gamau pellach yn cael eu cymryd yn eich erbyn mewn cysylltiad â'r drosedd fel y nodir mewn hysbysiad a roddir. Dylid talu o fewn 28 diwrnod. Os caiff ei thalu ar ôl 28 diwrnod ond o fewn 42 diwrnod caiff y gosb ei dyblu i £120. Dylid gwneud taliad i Awdurdod Lleol Abertawe a gellir ei wneud yn bersonol yn y Ganolfan Ddinesig, Heol Ystumllwynarth, Ardal Forol, Abertawe SA1 3SN  neu drwy bostio'r hysbysiad hwn gyda siec neu archeb bost i'r Ganolfan Ddinesig, Heol Ystumllwynarth, Ardal Forol, Abertawe SA1 3SN. Ni dderbynnir taliadau hwyr neu rannol. Ni fydd unrhyw nodiadau atgoffa yn cael eu hanfon. Os na dderbynnir taliad erbyn 42 diwrnod o'r dyddiad cyhoeddi, cewch eich erlyn am y drosedd a gallech wynebu dirwy o hyd at £2,500.

Fixed Penalty Notice

In the case of high absence you may receive fixed penatly notice. This notice gives you the opportunity to pay a penalty fine instead of being prosecuted for the offence of high absence. The amount of the penalty is £60. If you pay this penalty within the time limits set out below, no further action will be taken against you in connection with the offence as set out in a given notice. Payment should be made within 28 days. If paid after 28 days but within 42 days the penalty is doubled to £120. Payment should be made to Swansea Local Authority and can be made in person at Civic Centre, Oystermouth Rd, Maritime Quarter, Swansea SA1 3SN  or by posting this notice with a cheque or postal order to Civic Centre, Oystermouth Rd, Maritime Quarter, Swansea SA1 3SN. Late or part payments will not be accepted. No reminders will be sent. If payment is not received by  42 days from date of issue, you will be prosecuted for the offence and could be subject to a fine of up to £2,500.
